Great

Pros: -

The best part of KEKA is everything and all the details are available on the UI, we do not need any expert knowledge. Applying for leaves or back-dated attendance is so easy. Secondly, all the main functions which are related to me, from the account dept or from Organisation are readily available.

Cons: -

Till now I haven't seen any lag in the app, but whenever there is an issue, I used to learn that its a global issue and nothing is wrong from any region wise...secondly sometime it got hangs, while using from mobile phone.

Keka is one of the useful tool for managing and tracking the attendance and leaves of the employee's.

Pros: -

Keka is very useful for the organization and it track attendance and leaves of the employee which makes process very easier for the management as well as for employees.

Cons: -

The functionalities like marking leaves, work from home periods, clock-in and clock-out, birthdays, holidays etc help to establish transparency across the organisation, while preventing data and resource breaches. For example- all assets assigned to each employee can be recorded in Keka till those are returned and the same is marked.

Pros: -

The UI is great and bug-free. The mobile application helps in check-in and check-out even when you are travelling.

Cons: -

The loading screen (flash screen) stays on for several minutes if the Internet connection is not superfast. Also, the app does not have a number of functionalities present on the desktop application. Moreover, location of clock-in and clock-out are not correctly marked on most days.

The best thing about the keka is the finance page as it tells everything about your pay, taxes, loan, and complete summary and the other best thing is the origination people and tree and the birthdays. Through that, we can know every employee in the office, and now we no longer remember the birthdays as well keka does that for us the fun part. Also, the annual leave calendar section is also a good addition to this.

Pros: -

Keka simplifies the entire process of human resource management by following a state of the art methodologies. It's super easy to track, manage and request leaves in keka. Also the payroll system of keka is up to the mark and makes the overall process smoother and faster with less hassles. Furthermore, there is room to get employee information in a detailed format.

Cons: -

The mobile app is not compatible with all the ecosystems. I use it on my phone, and I would like to share that not all the features are available in the app compared to the desktop version. I believe the developers of the app will resolve this issue we are facing in the next update.
