The support help is very poor, I have reached out to them a few times about different questions that I had regarding the use of the software, and I received late responses from the support team.

Keka HRMS Tool Review
I have been using Keka HRMS for more than 6-7 months and I am already liking its usage and simplicity. They have an array of modules that are beneficial for any size of company. Their, interface is user-friendly and does not require much training to get hands-on. Keka has great potential in terms of integrating with any internal software.
Pros: -
Their PMS module is very much detailed and helps to capture the data and reports easily. Their Keka HIRO platform has made the recruiter's work very much simpler and hiring and onboarding have never been easy since then. Right from when the candidate is added to arranging interviews, feedback to offer rollout, its swift. Payroll module perspective they have a range of options to toggle with. Incase, one faces any issue, they have amazing customer support team who tirelessly work towards closing your queries within given timeline.
Cons: -
They should bring in more options for report generation and customizable options for all modules for every customer, as the usage of every customer varies.
